I’ve been out for about 10 days. Here’s why…
This is a great exercise to do at the end of the day. I usually do 15 per day, but for beginners, 10 is fine. Either way, it works the same.
The goal is to get you thinking about the great things in your life.
A few important things that happened in my life.
It’s like I’m warming up on the sidelines, I’m swinging the bat but not hitting any balls.
I have been reading a lot of blogs lately, and realize that, I need to make something crystal-clear. Just in case I didn’t already make it perfectly clear, I am not here to sale anything, except for sharing my human development story.
