One of the very first things I learned in the field of Personal Development is to cut out negativity through focusing on the positive in your life. I know it sounds easier said than done, especially when we’re being negative. But here is an easy way to snap your mind out of the dumps.
Minimalism is not just getting rid of stuff, it extends to other areas of your life.
For the last 3.5 years, I’ve had between 1 and 3 cups of coffee every day, every day, every day. I knew coffee woke me up, but I had no idea that caffeine messes with one’s sleep cycle, and I didn’t know how long the effects of caffeine last inside the body.
